Julia Fernandez Clavera is the AI Solutions Director for EMEA at Inntelo AI, leading all prospect and customer engagement as hotels and operators explore the adoption of Inntelo’s AI-native solutions.
With over 18 years of global experience across leading hospitality brands, Julia brings deep operational and commercial expertise to the team. Before joining Inntelo AI, she served as Director of Pre-opening & Special Projects at The First Group Hospitality, where she oversaw hotel launches, brand integrations, and strategic innovation projects across the UAE.
Previously, Julia held key leadership roles at Accor, Marriott International and The Ritz-Carlton, managing hotel openings, events, and food & beverage operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Her experience spans the full guest journey from hotel operations to asset management, giving her a unique perspective on how AI can enhance both guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
A graduate of the Swiss Hospitality Management School and University of Tourism Lope de Vega, Julia combines strong academic foundations with first-hand leadership experience in luxury hospitality. At Inntelo AI, she is passionate about helping hotels leverage technology to elevate service, empower teams, and deliver meaningful, data-driven guest experiences.
