Founded in 2024 by Asif Alidina, Inntelo AI was created in response to a challenge experienced first-hand. After more than a decade working in hospitality innovation, Asif saw hotels struggling under the weight of fragmented, legacy systems that limited visibility, slowed teams down, and made AI adoption unrealistic. Post-pandemic, this fragmentation became overwhelming, with rising costs and no way to consolidate data or improve decision-making.
By combining deep hospitality expertise with enterprise-scale engineering, Inntelo AI unifies guest experience, operations, upselling, and data into a single AI-native platform. In March 2025, Inntelo AI made history by launching the UK’s first live agentic and conversational AI Concierge at Park Hall Resort & Spa. Since then, the platform has been deployed at major international properties, including TRYP by Wyndham Dubai and CIEL Dubai Marina, the world’s tallest hotel.
