Ali Hassan is Chief Financial Officer and leads Inntelo’s financial strategy and North American commercial expansion.
He joins from Bank of America Securities in London, where he was a Director in Global Investment Banking, bringing over 15 years of experience across global investment banking and market intelligence, and more than $20 billion in closed transactions spanning M&A, IPOs, and private capital raises for high-growth technology ventures. Ali holds the CFA designation and an MBA from IESE Business School.
Ali also brings deep family ties to the hospitality industry, with family who helped pioneer one of the largest GDS providers, bringing an instinctive understanding of the sector to Inntelo’s next chapter.
